Hemingway is our sawcut irregular flagstone, quarried in Miami, sawn to a consistent 2-inch depth, with the natural irregular face left intact. The result is a paver that lays flat and stable like a dimensional stone but reads visually as natural irregular flagstone. It is the preferred driveway and patio material for high-end Coral Gables, Pinecrest, and Coconut Grove residential builds where the look has to be authentic but the install needs to be predictable.

Two inches is the depth required for stable installation under vehicle traffic. A 1-inch flagstone is fine for foot traffic only. Hemingway is cut at 2 inches because most of our buyers are speccing it for driveways or pool decks where the install needs to last decades.
Plan for 10–15 percent waste on irregular flagstone installs to account for cuts, breakage, and color matching. Trade buyers should add the waste to their pallet count when ordering.
Yes. The 2-inch depth and proper base prep make Hemingway suitable for residential driveways including SUV and light truck weight.
